Common Model eXchange (CMX)

CMX (Common Model eXchange) is an HDL model exchange format which captures all of the information necessary to represent an electrical or mixed-signal/technology device model, independent of a specific language or simulator, using XML and XSLT transformations.

  • Instructions

    The included documentation (/doc) may be browsed using any capable web browser. The XSD may best be viewed using an XML editing tool, such as XMLSpy (www.altova.com). When browsing with a graphical editor, browse from the base node, common_model_root, to view the entire schema.
